Wedding & Event Floral Design

Twisted Bramble provides full-service wedding and event floral design throughout Seattle, the greater Pacific Northwest, and destination locations across Washington State. My work is garden-forward, seasonally driven, and rooted in thoughtful, foam-free mechanics — designed to feel intentional, immersive, and deeply connected to nature.

Rather than focusing on individual arrangements, I approach each wedding as a complete visual experience. Florals are considered in context: how guests arrive, how spaces transition from ceremony to reception, and how design choices shape the atmosphere of the day as a whole.

Full-Service Wedding & Event Floral Design

Full-service floral design is a designer-led, collaborative process best suited for couples and planners who value trust, clarity, and cohesive design.

This service typically includes:

  • Custom floral concept and creative direction

  • Ceremony florals (arbors, structures, aisle moments)

  • Reception design (centerpieces, tablescapes, focal moments)

  • Installation-based work and statement florals

  • Personal florals (bouquets, boutonnieres, wedding party)

  • Foam-free mechanics and sustainable design practices

  • Delivery, installation, on-site styling, and teardown

Every proposal is developed after a design consultation and tailored to your venue, priorities, and overall guest experience.

Investment

Full-service wedding and event floral design begins at $7,000, with most clients investing between $10,000–$18,000 depending on scale, installation work, and overall scope.

To ensure each project receives focused creative attention, I take on a limited number of weddings and events each season.

Intimate Weddings & Elopements

For smaller-scale celebrations, I offer a limited number of intimate weddings and elopements each season. These projects receive the same seasonal sourcing, foam-free mechanics, and design care — applied on a more contained scale.

Intimate events typically begin at $3,000–$7,000, depending on scope, location, and date, and are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

This offering is best suited for:

  • Elopements and intimate weddings and events

  • Celebrations where florals play a supporting, intentional role

Availability is limited, and not all dates can accommodate intimate events.

From our first conversation, she understood exactly what I was envisioning and exceeded every expectation. She took my vague ideas and turned them into something breathtaking. Every detail was perfection.

Design Philosophy

I believe florals should feel as though they belong exactly where they are — shaped by season, landscape, and architecture.

My approach prioritizes:

  • Exclusively using seasonal and locally-sourced flowers

  • Foam-free mechanics that support sustainability without compromising design

  • Natural movement, texture, and thoughtful details

  • Designs that photograph beautifully while feeling grounded and meaningful in person

I’m drawn to clients who care deeply about the environment, guest experience, and trust a designer to lead the creative vision.

For Planners

I work closely with planners who value calm collaboration, clear communication, and thoughtful execution. My role is to support the larger design vision while managing all floral logistics seamlessly — from early planning through installation and teardown.

Planners can expect:

  • Transparent minimums and clear scope alignment

  • Reliable timelines and proactive communication

  • Foam-free mechanics suitable for complex installations

  • A collaborative partner who respects the planning process

Planners are always welcome to reach out directly to discuss availability and alignment.

[Meghan] was prompt and thorough in her communication, and brought the couple’s vision to life with beauty, whimsy, pragmatism, and grace. The delivery team was also a dream to work with... they even went above and beyond the scope of their job.
