Wedding & Event FAQS

I get it, this stuff can be stressful. You probably don’t try to get flowers for weddings every day. From knowing what’s in season and to understanding pricing, I am here to help you!

Here are a few tips, tricks, and answers to calm your mind.

Questions? Send me an email and we’ll get it sorted!

  • This varies so much! But my clients typically spend upwards of $6000 for wedding flowers. Couples looking for a more luxury experience (lots of flowers!) can expect to pay upwards of $15000. Smaller weddings and events are usually anywhere from $1500-3000.

  • Of course! I can’t make magic numbers, but I will work closely with you to discuss which pieces will have the most visual impact and what can be reused from the ceremony for the reception. Let’s brainstorm!

  • When I create a proposal and send it to a client, it includes everything that we’ve talked about alongside a design board and what to expect for your floral designs.

Proposals are much more of a launching pad than a set in stone contract. It can be flipped upside down or tweaked a million times up until a month before the wedding/event date. Flexibility is key! (and no, my feelings won’t be crushed)

  • What are you looking for? What are your values? Who do others recommend? All important questions to ask when searching for any wedding vendor!

We will be a good fit if…

-you are environmentally conscious and want a wedding that is kind to the planet.

-you are wanting florals that celebrate the season and are unique to you and your day

-you want a floral designer that listens to your vision and makes it come to life

Ask me anything and let’s see if we vibe! Book a little chat if you want to make sure I’m real!

  • As soon as possible… no, but really. Books are open for 2024 and 2025.

I recommend couple to book their wedding florist 8-12 months before their wedding.

Summer weekends in the PNW are the busiest for weddings and I can only take on one per day. If you want a prime date, let’s get started!

  • Flowers are not for rent, BUT, I do rent/reuse vases, bowls, candles, etc for events. Reusing is one of my favorite ways to be more sustainable in my business and it means you don’t have to go home with 20 identical vases!
