11 Beautiful Estate & Mansion Wedding Venues in Seattle
1. The Admiral’s House | Seattle, WA
Nestled on the shores of Seattle’s famous Elliott Bay, the Admiral’s House is the perfect blend of historic charm, elegance, and incredible scenery. The waterfront views are where this venue shines the most, boasting drool-worthy unobstructed views of the city skyline, and even Mt. Rainier on a clear day—every PNW-lover’s dream come true, am I right?
Plus, you’ll be plenty far away from any tourists or crowds, as the venue sits on almost four acres of super secluded space on the corner of Magnolia. Not sure how they managed to get such a prime waterfront location, but I’m glad we can take advantage of it!
The Admiral’s House can seat over 250 guests for a sit-down outdoor reception, or up to 50 guests for an indoor reception beneath the gorgeous tent they have on-site. With dressing areas for both partners, a day-of coordinator, and 12 hours of private event time + venue usage, you and your guests will truly bhave everything you need to bring your dream waterfront wedding to life.
2. Lakewold Gardens | Lakewood, WA
This venue is EVERYTHING I adore and more, combining a historic estate with lovely gardens and acres upon acres of perfectly-manicured grounds. You know I love a good garden wedding venue (obvi)!
Located on the shores of Lakewood just a few minutes from I-5, Lakewold Gardens allows you the opportunity to escape the busy city and head into your own little fairytale world, with 10 acres of picturesque landscapes to explore. Literally—entering through the big iron gates into the whimsical gardens makes you feel like you’re heading into your very own Bridgerton experience. Wisteria-covered verandas, natural ponds, and beautiful woodland settings come together to create the most stunning venue, filled with romance as you stroll along the brick walkways, mingle under the gazebo, and take in the views of Gravelly Lake. Need I say more?
Lakewold Gardens wedding packages start at $6,300, and include rehearsal time, private dressing rooms, plenty of chairs/tables/rentals, and more. Whether you’re inviting a small group of 30 loved ones or celebrating with a couple hundred, this venue will EASILY help you create your dream PNW estate wedding experience.
3. Chateau Lill | Woodinville, WA
Get ready to tell your guests bonjour, because this French-inspired destination wedding venue is the closest you can get to tying the knot in the French countryside. . . in the Washington countryside. With the atmosphere of a romantic European villa just under 20 miles from Seattle, this will forever be one of my favorite venues to recommend to couples craving that enchanted garden vibe. Featuring a variety of ceremony and reception sites (including a private gazebo and multiple lush lawns), there is SO much room for you and your guests to explore and really get to enjoy the scenery.
You are going to freakkk when you first experience the charming 10-acre estate for yourselves and see the vibrant gardens, rolling farmland, vineyards, and private gardens. . . drooling already over here. Chateau Lill offers such an amazing selection of venues to choose from, so there’s no doubt you’ll find something that perfectly fits your day + the mood you’re going for! Want the rustic vibes of a vineyard? They’ve got it. How about the whimsy of an elegant English garden? They’ve got that, too. And did I mention the fabulous selection of wines you’ll have to choose from? Cheers to that🍷
4. Thornewood Castle | Lakewood, WA
While I’d love to tell you that I know exactly what “Tudor Gothic” means, I’m not sure that would be honest—all I know is that it’s stunning, historic, and a total dream come true for those charming, estate wedding vibes. Thornewood Castle is a historic Tudor Gothic home with over 500 years of history in the PNW, now offering the most enchanting space for private wedding celebrations. You’ll feel as though you’re stepping back in time with the romantic on-site suites, Sunken English Garden, Great Hall and Ballroom, and the ceremony site overlooking American Lake. I mean, who wouldn’t want to get married in a real-life fairytale castle??
With options for both outdoor and indoor celebrations in case of rain, you can totally customize your day to fit your vision—maybe you’ll walk down the 500-year-old staircase to make your grand entrance, say your vows in the “Secret” Sunken English Garden in front of the gorgeous fountain, take portraits against the castle walls next to the hydrangeas. . . the colors and landscapes of this venue are a florist’s dream come true.
Thornewood Castle wedding packages start at $7,449 for summer weekend weddings, and include full use and access of the entire venue, as well as changing rooms, ceremony and reception rentals, on-site parking, and plenty more.

5. The Corson Building | Seattle, WA (South Seattle)
Back to the European countryside we go, this time with another one of my favorite venues in the city: the Corson Building. Nestled in a little neighborhood of South Seattle, it’s amazing to see how this venue has been transformed from a 1926 home into a full-on restaurant and event space. With a covered/heated outdoor patio and indoor dining room, this venue can fit up to 80 guests when making use of both spaces, and you’ll buy out the entire venue to ensure complete privacy for your group.
A few of the biggest reasons I adore the Corson House are the farm-fresh ingredients, the seasonally-inspired menus, and the emphasis the venue owners place on crafting a meaningful, authentic, PNW-inspired experience for couples and their guests—something I appreciate and prioritize as a sustainable florist who uses local and seasonal florals. The ability to tailor your menu completely to your event, your guests, and your tastes (while using ingredients from local sources) is such a gift in the wedding world!
Corson Building wedding packages are made up of a few different parts: facility fees, food & beverage minimums, and additional costs that may be applicable. You can find a full breakdown of their current pricing here if this venue is calling to you!

6. Kingston House | Kingston, WA
If you wanna head a little further out of the city and closer to the Olympic Peninsula, the Kingston House is calling your name. Located on a whopping 27 acres of stunning land just minutes from the Kingston Ferry Terminal (giving you easy access to downtown Seattle + Edmonds), this mid-century home is the ultimate venue for intentional couples seeking a sustainable, eco-conscious celebration.
The pondside ceremony location is hidden away in the trees, providing a super secluded setting for your vow exchange, and just up the hill is the beautiful home where you’ll dance the night away. Or maybe you’re feeling more pulled to the Maple Grove ceremony location, the pondside arbor, or the lavender fields that you will definitely need to explore for your golden hour portraits. Every little nook and cranny of this venue has been designed thoughtfully with unforgettable wedding experiences in mind, and it shows!
I’ve only ever heard the best of the best about the hospitality at this venue, with the staff going above and beyond for each and every couple. Oh, and there’s even space for you and 12 of your guests to stay the night in the home—meaning you can extend the festivities and avoid having to drive somewhere else once the party is over!
Kingston House wedding packages begin at $9,500 for wedding weekends of under 100 guests, and you can add on 2 nights of lodging for up to 14 guests, for an additional $2,500.
7. Stimson-Green Mansion | Seattle, WA (First Hill)
The early twentieth century English Tudor Revival style has been kept alive at the Stimson-Green Mansion, designed by a Spokane architect and carefully maintained by the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation. It’s an absolutely stunning venue in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, boasting eclectic architecture, charming vintage fixtures, and unique furnishings everywhere that make for such an elegant place to tie the knot.
One of my favorite features of the mansion is the large library used as the main event space, with room to accommodate up to 75 guests for a seated ceremony or up to 50 for a seated dinner. In addition to this gorgeous space, you’ll have access to a Parlor room, which expands the maximum capacity to 150—meaning you’ll have plenty of room to host anything from an intimate evening gathering to a larger, reception-style cocktail celebration!
8. The Lodge at St. Edward Park | Kenmore, WA
Hidden away in a forest, just off the shores of Lake Washington, lies one of the most spectacular wedding venues in the greater Seattle area: the Lodge at St. Edward Park. I can’t even begin to explain how breathtaking (and spacious) this venue is, situated on over 300 acres of lush forest only a few minutes away from the lakeshore. The historic charm and natural beauty of this lodge are astounding, offering a wide range of wedding venues to choose from—including a secluded ceremony garden alcove, an expansive lawn, and a historic ballroom abounding in natural light. You won’t find a better spot to host your intimate wedding with such easy access to Seattle, and a truly quintessential PNW experience.
Wedding packages at the Lodge at St. Edward Park start at $295 per person for up to 30 guests, and includes six hours of venue access, a custom dinner menu, champagne, and a two-night on-site stay for you lovebirds. Dreamyyyy.

9. Shafer Baillie Mansion | Seattle, WA (Capitol Hill)
Who knew you could find a gorgeous Tudor Revival home right in the middle of Capitol Hill? Located right near Seattle’s iconic Volunteer Park, Shafer Baillie Mansion is a total gem of the city, featuring 14,000 square feet of stunning architecture and decor—the rich oak woodwork, antique furnishings, and giant Oriental rugs are to die for. Choose from the main floor day room for an elegant reception, or the basement-level hall for a more casual, Speakeasy-style party. If you don’t want to drive outside of the city, but still want that historic mansion charm and weekend getaway feel, I highly recommend making your wedding a multi-day event and staying the night in this beautiful home.
10. Fox Hollow Farm | Issaquah, WA
Fox Hollow Farm is a personal favorite of mine, featuring a 1940s countryside estate in Issaquah, not too far from Seattle. The combination of lavish, manicured gardens and the charming farmland provide such a quaint, tranquil setting for PNW weddings, especially with the wooded hills, small creek, and rustic barn. To sweeten the deal even more, Fox Hollow is actually a working farm and provides produce & herbs for multiple farm-to-table wedding venues around the area! This means that every bite of your dinner will be exquisitely crafted with only the finest of local, flavorful ingredients, many of which are grown in the farm’s very own gardens.
P.S. Fox Hollow recently added a Brunch Wedding package to their offerings, where you and up to 100 guests get together for a delicious mountain-view brunch—perfect for the day before or after your wedding, yes?
